Before you request to advertising on my site.1. Yousite must have it's own layout made by you. No templates from freewebs or whatever.
2. I wanna see sites that are well made. No half assed put together sites.
3. When you fill out the form below please put chocolate lover in the questions or comments section.
4. You must be an affie with me.
5. Your affie button will not be moved from the affies section when you are put up here.
6. You'll be advertised until I take you down. Which could be any place from 3 months to 3 years. *shrugs shoulders* I'm lazy so in the best case for you, you may never come down. lol.
7. You can have your button changed at anytime. But you may only change your button once.
