1) You will not steal the layout/coding and say it's your's.
2) You will not remove the credits.
3) Your more then welcome to use these layouts for anyplace including your own personal website if you wish as long as you follow the rules.
4) You will leave a message in the c-box telling me which layout you used and you will leave me the web address where the layout is being used. Do NOT leave your e-mail.
5) Even if it's the layout you requested, you still have to leave a message in the c-box telling me your using the layout.
6) You will not change or edit the coding in any way. This includes the headings. If you ask me I may allow it - but that's a big if.
7) If there is ANYTHING wrong with the layout you WILL tell me right away. Do not try to fix it yourself; it's probably something I did. Click on the period.
8) If you need help with something in the layout, please let me know. I'm happy to help.
9) Please show respect when asking for help, requesting a layout/banner, or getting permission to do something. I'm not stupid you know.
10) Do NOT edit something in the layout and then ask for permission to edit the layout. I'll say "No,".
11) You will not give anyone else the
html code - you will send them here.
12) These layouts may not be used for any "inapropriate" or illigal sites.
13) I may change any of these rules at any time with or without warnning, so be sure to read them everytime you go to take a layout.
14) You may not take any of the coding and use it for your own layouts; that is stealing and it'll piss me off.
15) If you want the layout please actually use it. It would definately piss me off to find out that you only wanted it for the
coding.
16) Do not spam the c-box. By clicking on the word html in rules eleven you'll get to the place you wish to go.
17) If you'd like me to make you a
layout please go to "Request Something" and make your request. I'll be happy to make the layout for you.
18) If you decided to make a layout site or already have one, you may not use any of my rules. Make up your own.

If you do not follow these simple rules action will be taken.
