You must have a half way decent site.
You must have your own layout on your site. Not one of freewebs templates (or anyone else's templates).
When I send you a note (e-mail or in your cbox), I hope to get a responce. No, maybe not right away, but within a 2month period unless otherwise noted. (aka, your away or whatever).
You must tell me when your closing your site or going on hitais.
